Shot Blasting

To ensure an excellent finish to your product, it is essential that it is thoroughly prepared before powder coating or wet painting.

Shot blasting is an aggressive, extremely effective surface cleaning process which will make sure that the metal is smooth and free of any blemishes such as rust, paint, or mill scale. Shot blasting works by propelling shot material at very high speeds towards the target surface, providing a strong, long lasting finish and a surface that paint can adhere to.

We also offer crushed glass for a more intricate and precise blasting service for high end finishes.

We’ve provided many customers with our shot blasting service throughout South Wales, and when we do we also provide minimal disruption, using tools to  complete the job quickly and quietly. Our modern purpose built blasting room is capable of blasting items up to 7m x 4m in size and to SA2.5 and SA3 standards. For applications or components that are not suitable for shot blasting, we offer a three stage phosphate treatment system.
